	Short Description : Acid Cellulase Enzyme Biofeel-PST is an economical & highly active acid cellulase enzyme for bio-polishing of cellulosic and polyester/cellulosic blends. The product is applicable for garment dyeing machine and jet dyeing machine where a suitable mechanical action is provided which enhances the action of Biofeel-PST. It is also suitable for colour fading for denim garments and bio-polishing of knits, fabrics & terry towels. Biofeel-PST gives a very good performance on scoured or grey fabric after treatment with the wetting agent. Ionic nature:Nonionic pH of 1% solution:5 +/- 1 Miscibility:Miscible with water Stability:Stable to dilute acids & dilute alkalies Compatibility: Compatible with nonionic products but not compatible with strong cationic or anionic products

Biofeel-PST(Conc). is an acid cellulase enzyme for bio-polishing of cellulosic and polyester/cellulosic blends. The product is to be used in garment dyeing machine and jet dyeing machine where the suitable mechanical action is provided which enhances the action of Biofeel-PST(Conc). It is also suitable for colour fading for denim garments and bio-polishing of knits, fabrics & terry towels.

An acid cellulase enzyme for biopolishing of cellulosic's and polyester/cellulosic blends.

Application :1.For Biopolishing of cottons and blends in exhaust after pretreatment :
    Biofeel-PST (Conc). : 0.5% - 0.8%
    pH: 4.7 - 5.5
    Temperature : 50-60 deg.C
    Treatment time: 30-60 min

Dosage should be based on cotton component only.

BIOPOL-N

Biopol-N shows minimum strength loss and minimum shade changes as it is applied at acidic to neutral pH.

Biopol-N is a speciality wide range pH enzyme for biopolishing of cellulosics and its blend with polyester. The product is to be used in garment dyeing machines and jet dyeing machines where suitable mechanical action is provided which enhances the action of Biopol-N.
Biopol-N shows minimum strength loss and minimum shade changes as it is applied at acidic to neutral pH.

Application:
    Equipment: Jet dyeing machine or garment dyeing machine.
    Biopol-N : 0.5-1.5% depending on requirement
    pH: 5-6.5
    Temperature: 50-65 deg.C
    Treatment time: 45-60 mins

After the biopolishing treatment, raise the temperature to 70-75 deg.C or adjust pH to 10 to terminate action of enzyme followed by hot wash. The material can then be finished using chemical finishes as usual.
